Calculus is a Math course which can be found in many aspects of your life.

• In business you have profits and loss.
• Learn how police can prove you are speeding, even if you aren't when you get caught.
• Learn about Radioactive Decay and Population Growth
• Learn about Optimization
• Maximize Areas
• Sketching the graph of a curves without plotting points

This applied version of Calculus is usually offered over online over the summer.   College Algebra is a prerequisite for this class.  If you are not a student at CCBC, then you will be required to apply for admission to CCBC and either take a math placement test OR show proof that you have passed College Algebra at your home school.
