• Locations: Although most of my teaching has been on the Essex campus of CCBC I have also taught CCBC courses at the Towson Branch, Maryland House of Corrections (prison) in Jessup, Cylburn Mansion (with the Maryland Ornithological Society), Fox and Smith Islands (with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation), Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

 

• Federal Bird Marking Permit (Master Personal):  1981-present. I have been catching and banding birds at two locations and bring students to the campus  banding site. banding data Data is sent to the Bird Banding Laboratory of the U.S. Geological  Survey, Laurel, MD www.mp2-pwrc.usgs.gov/bbs

 

• Professional travel for meetings, seminars, course development, photography, etc.

INTERNATIONAL: Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. John in the Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Cuba, Brazil, Edinburgh
