• I downloaded the Authorware web player, but the math study guide still won't open.
  
  
  • You may need to install the Authorware Webplayer plugin after downloading it. The installer can usually be found in your browser's plugins folder. Double-click on the installer icon, and follow directions.
    
    
    
    
• I am using the AOL browser. I am able to download the Authorware Webplayer, but when I try to open the math study guide it takes me back to another page on the Internet.
  
  
• The AOL browser is not formally supported by Authorware. Therefore, while in AOL, you will need to open either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator and view the math study guide from that browser.
