1. 13 points Basics – averages and measures of variability, confidence interval (one population) and interpretation.

2.  10 points – Confidence interval for a difference (two samples, paired data), interpretation

3.  3 points – formulas used for confidence intervals and hypothesis tests, one population

4.  6 points Minitab printout (one population) – be able to read and interpret

5.  18 points Linear Regression problem – Hypothesis test  extra credit

6.  10 points One-sided hypothesis test
