Fact/Reference Sheet (30 points)

Please submit all papers to my e-mail account!

Your assignment is to create a one-page (front and back) sheet with content regarding a psychological topic.

This sheet should help a person learn about a topic, include weblinks to other sources to learn about the topic, and include resources for direct contact (names, addresses, phone numbers).

General guidelines

• All of the work should be typed.
• You have the option to get more creative with the work (using borders, pictures, text boxes, etc.), but content should not be sacrificed.
• Your "audience" is a fellow classmate.
• Do not use any type size larger than 12pt. in the text, but titles may be larger than 12 pt. type.
• You should maintain standard margins (1-1.25")
• On the back page (at the bottom), you will list the sources you used to create your work (in APA format).

You have a great deal of flexibility in the way you want to structure this work (order of information, information to communicate, etc.). I would encourage you to view this assignment as a way to organize help for another person.

No rubric will exist for this assignment, but I will look for:

• content
• ease of reading (such as type size and word amount)
• structure (the way information is presented)
• grammar
• citation format
• visual appeal (pictures, diagrams, borders, "used" space, etc.)

I would suggest using a program that would allow you to create borders and sheet formatting (such as Microsoft Word or Publisher).
