I live in Catonsville with my son and my black and white Pekinese dog.
I have lived in this part of Maryland all of my life. I studied mathematics
and art at Towson State College and earned my masters degree in education
from Loyola College. I have been a mathematics teacher in Howard County
since 1972 and I have been the math team leader at both Wilde Lake Middle
School and Owen Brown Middle School. In my years of teaching I have
taught grades 6, 7, and 8 and have taught math courses including Middle
School Math I, Middle School Math II, Pre Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra
II, anmd Geometry.
My hobbies include counted cross stitch, quilting, and cooking. I love
to read mysteries and National Geographic. During the summer, I enjoy
spending time at my trailer in Cape May County, New Jersey.
