Unit IX:

Quadrilaterals

In this unit, students will build on their knowledge of parallelograms, learned in Chapter 2, by learning properties of parallelograms and finding characteristics of quadrilaterals that indicate they are parallelograms. It is chapter nine in the Prentice Hall Geometry textbook. It is expected that this unit will be covered in approximately 8 days. One quiz and one unit test (summative assessment) will be given in addition to daily homework assignments and several collected classwork assignments.
